The practice of Expressive Yoga embraces creative movement and language to heal and inspire detoxification, agility, and centering. The hip and heart opening techniques, offered through serpentine and rhythmic movement, combine with sounding of the breath to enable personal expression. Expressive Yoga welcomes people of all levels to experience the use of their body in a colorful, explorative way. Private and group classes are also available via SKYPE upon request.
